Xevon Tools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA notice
If you believe that content hosted on or distributed through Xevon Tools infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to dmca@xevontools.com including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the service.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Counter-notices
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with similar required information.
Note on browser-based tools
Because all file processing on Xevon Tools happens in your browser, we do not host or transmit user files. Our DMCA process applies to site content (such as blog posts and marketing copy) rather than to files processed through the tools.
